CBT, schema therapy and psychosyntesis

I have a holistic approach, where every part of you matters in creating a sense of wholeness. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Psychosyntesis.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, using exercises and tools. The focus is to discover your strengths and possibilities to overcome limitations and false narrative, which often is holding us back from being who you really are. Your authentic self.

How it works

We start with an initial session, where you share what you need support with, and I explain how I can support you in the best way as a CBT-therapist.

You can also book a free 15- minute consultation if you would like to know more before scheduling your first session.

If you decide that you want to work with me, we create a personalized plan and structure for our sessions to ensure that you progress at your own pace and in the direction you desire.

For psychotherapy to be effective, it’s beneficial to meet every or every second week over a continuous period.

Between the sessions, I also provide exercises and tasks that we agree upon together to support your personal development.

Location:  Kungstensgatan 59 at Odenplan in central Stockholm or online. Depending on what is suitable for you.

Price: 1 200 for 60 min. and 1 600 kr for 90 min. session. (for private clients only)

About Susann Sjöbom Steiger

CBT-therapist, couples therapist, coach and leadership coach, with many years of experience guiding individuals, groups and organizations through change.

My qualifications include CBT-Therapist, Couples Therapist Schema Therapy, certified coach and Behavioral Scientist. I am also a certified mindfulness instructor and trained in motivational conversation.

Change has been a constant theme throughout my work and personal life, shaped by experiences such as fleeing from another country, overcoming anorexia, navigating dysfunctional relationships, going through a divorce, and recovering from burnout.

Thanks to my own journey, along with many hours of therapy and coaching, I can relate to my clients’ challenges and tailor my guidance to their needs.
