Everyone wants to have motivated and engaged employees who go to work with joy and striving for doing their best.
Unfortunately reality doesn’t always look like that, with only 14 percent of the employees feeling motivated at work according to studies. This is something that, over time, can become quite costly for both the company and the employees.
Finding new ways forward
As a manager, there are certain times when you can’t support your employee in an appropriate way. It can be a challenging situation or circumstances in the employees private or professional life or that the employees why simply does not align with the company’s why.
In such cases, it can be helpful to involve an external part that supports the employee to understanding the reasons behind decreased engagement or poor well-being.
A dialogue that provides clarity and is guiding the employees to discover new paths in their professional and private life.

You can choose if you would like to have the sessions at my office at Kungstensgatan 59 at Odenplan or online, depending on what is most suitable.
To achieve the desired outcome, sessions should ideally take place every or every second week.
Set-up
Below is a suggested framework, which can be tailored to your specific needs:
- 8 session of 60 minuter, physical meetings or online
- Meetings every or every second week
- Assignments/homework between the session
- Follow-up
It is possible to have the sessions in English, German or Swedish.
